
Away back in 1951 the INPUNTO Company was set up with the name of “Torrefazione Haiti”. It consisted in a small workplace placed in the heart of Trieste, which was known and appreciated since the beginning by all the coffee lovers and where its founder developed his first blends. The strength of our company, which was run for over 40 years by the roasting master Mr. Prete, is due to our passion, accuracy and expertise in roasting coffee.
Strengthened by the know-how and the countless successes of a fifty years long history, the base of our company was then transferred directly in the middle of the industrial zone of Trieste, in order to perfect the delicate process of selecting and roasting the raw coffee beans. Since 1951 many things have changed : the young and willing partners, the new and well-organized base, the more advanced and capillary quality controls. Nevertheless our passion has always remained the same.
Once perfected, our blends are presented using the most advanced manufacturing processes. Therefore our products are the result of the perfect fusion of experience and technology. Countless checks on the raw material, originating from Central and South America, are regularly carried out and the roasting process is conducted according to the traditional method and the precepts passed on by the old founder.
The enthusiasm and the passion for the high-quality coffee are the same which urged Mr.Prete into selecting uniquely the best qualities of raw coffee and into trying the most valuable blends and roasting methods, in order to guarantee the consumers with a high-quality coffee with an unmistakable taste, typical of INPUNTO coffee.
