Inpunto roasting factory started as a small artisan laboratory in the center of Trieste as far back as 1951 under the name Torrefazione Haiti, known and appreciated for years by all coffee lovers, where its founder developed his first coffee blends.
Artisan passion, constant care of the coffee product, professionalism have always been, and always will be, the strengths of the company conducted for over 40 years by the master roaster Mr. Prete.
With the know-how of fifty-a-past years of history and success, and with the decision to perfect the delicate process of selecting and roasting raw coffee, the new roasting company moves to the industrial area of Trieste.
From 1951 to today many things have changed: young and willing members, the new and modernly organized headquarters, the most advanced and widespread quality control at all stages of processing.
Proven mixtures are re-proposed once they have been refined, using the most advanced processes and the resulting product is the result of a skilful combination of experience and technology. Countless checks are carried out regularly on the raw material, mainly coming from Central and South America plantations, and the roasting, carried out with the traditional method, takes place according to the teachings handed down by the old roaster.
Enthusiasm and passion for good coffee are the same ones that more than half a century ago brought Mr. Prete to select the best raw coffee qualities and to experiment most suitable blends and roasts to guarantee consumers a high quality coffee with the unmistakable taste typical of INPUNTO coffee.
